2024 ROAD PAVING UPDATE

2024 PAVING SCHEDULE UPDATE

Hello neighbors!

Tri-County Paving, our contractor, will finish the gravel placement and roller

compaction this week. On Thursday, July 25, the work will be completed.

I did talk with Tri-County Paving about several areas that need more gravel and

compaction. Those areas are: at each intersection (both sides of Central Street)

of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Avenues; East Street (both sides of 2nd, 3rd Avenue

where pavement aprons end), and 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Avenues at the end of

pavement at West Street.

I have been personally pleased with the work Tri-County has done and the

amazing improvement to our neighborhood. I want to thank you all for your

patience and understanding in getting this project completed!

2024 PAVING SCHEDULE UPDATE

Hello neighbors!

Tri-County Paving, our contractor, will begin preliminary road prep and grinding

the week of June 17, 2024.

Starting the week of June 24, 2024, paving the existing road surfaces will begin.

The issue that could cause a delay in paving would be rain. Let’s hope for warm

and sunny temperatures!

The final piece of the project will be to regrade and finish the road shoulders

which will follow a week or two after the paving is complete.
